Hi Vik. Found your site from Chris Brogan to Simply Gourmet, then to here. I see you have a hot dog named after you now. Your video made a lot of sense. My take...Eat a double-cheeseburger, fries soaked in salty ketchup and milkshake and see how you feel about 2 hours later. Or, eat a light salad and a low cal drink. Major difference between the two lunches 2 hours later. You get out what you put in for sure.

Completely agree Vik. Authenticity is such a big question nowadays with the content we find on the Internet. People always wonder, oh is this real, is that real, etc, but until we get some sort of confirmation that the information we are taking "in" is legit, we don't usually make anything of it, until we look for more resources to confirm that it is correct. Once again, excellent topic. Whatever I "input" into my brain and correctly "process", will provide such a valuable "output" to viewers that they will keep coming back, again and again. Oh, and a few more words...

AWESOME post Vik. So true. Contrived, mind-deadening entertainment is bad for your brain and for your soul. Go straight to the source whenever possible and you'll speak and write more freely and confidently.
